Information Collected

When You Volunteer (deliberately send) Information

No information sent to this site is collected or disclosed for commercial purposes.

E-mail messages: During your visit, you may elect to send an e-mail to a representative. When you do so, your e-mail address and the contents of your message will be collected. Your e-mail address and the information included in your message will be used to respond to you, to address issues you identify, to improve this website, or to forward your message to another center partner for appropriate action.

Registration Information: The Center collects registration and evaluation information on a secure web server. Access to registration data is limited to those center partners who prepare evaluation reports. They have access to aggregate statistics on test and evaluation results but not to individual responses.

Information on registrants who request continuing education certificates is shared with the accrediting body designated by the registrant.
E-mail addresses of course registrants are not shared outside of NYNJ-PHTC. Registrants’ e-mails are used for limited NYNJ-PHTC messages such as follow-up reminders and occasional follow-up evaluations.
